We are pleased to invite you to "Korean Culinary Lab" in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of Belgium and the European Union, to be held in Brussels on December 4th and 5th.
This "micro event" is not a culinary congress. We designed it as a laboratory of ideas and flavours. Indeed, there is currently much talking around Korean cuisine, the techniques (including fermentation), its products, and the organization of the table. But few in Europe have had access to the information in a structured way, by having experts as speakers.
